About Us

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Care Worker to join our school community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a safe, supportive and respectful environment that promotes the wellbeing of children in a faith-based setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral care services to students, supporting their emotional and social development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, parents and other school staff to promote a caring culture.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive school environment that aligns with our Catholic values.
  • Support the spiritual growth and development of students.
Requirements
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training.
  • Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
