About The Project

We're proud to be delivering the M7 - M12 Interchange, a major project that will improve travel times and road congestion for residents and enhance freight movement throughout Western Sydney. This project will integrate the M7 with the new M12, a toll-free motorway connecting travellers to the new Western Sydney International Airport.

About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Community Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating and liaising with stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, delivery teams, and senior management to resolve queries related to the contract.
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports for contract management.
  • Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and documents.
  • Assisting with financial tasks, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Developing and implementing programs and initiatives to promote community engagement, health, or government.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between different community groups and organizations.
