About The Project
We're delighted to be delivering the M7 - M12 Interchange, a major project that will improve travel times and road congestion for residents and freight movement throughout Western Sydney. The project will integrate the M7 with the new M12, a toll-free motorway connecting travellers to the new Western Sydney International Airport.
About The Role
- Communicate and liaise with stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, delivery teams, and senior management, to resolve queries related to the contract.
- Analyse data and prepare reports for contract management.
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Develop and implement programs to promote community engagement, health, or government initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between community groups and organisations.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with a Tier 1 contractor in an administration role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
