About the M7-M12 Interchange Project



We are proud to be delivering the M7-M12 Interchange project, which includes widening the M7 and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12. This major project will improve travel times and road congestion for residents and enhance freight movement throughout Western Sydney.



About the Role



We are seeking a skilled Community and Stakeholder Liaison Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:




  • Communicating and liaising with stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, and senior management to resolve any queries relating to the contract
  • Analysing data and preparing relevant reports for contract management
  • Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and documents
  • Assisting with financial tasks, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
  • Developing and implementing programs and initiatives to promote community engagement, health, and government
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between different community groups and organizations


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Previous experience working with a Tier 1 contractor in an administration role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
