Industrial and Residential Investment Manager

This key position will drive growth through industrial, build to rent and residential developments in various communities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate investment markets, with a focus on industrial, residential, or build-to-rent sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that align with business objectives and risk profiles.
  • Analyze and identify investment opportunities to optimize portfolios and maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to provide regular reports on portfolio performance and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee the management of investment portfolios, including property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and brokers.
  • Build and lead a high-performing investment team, providing coaching and mentoring support.
Qualifications
  • A degree in property, finance, economics, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate investment, property funds management, investment banking, or corporate property finance.
  • A deep passion and understanding of real estate investment markets, with a focus on industrial, residential, or build-to-rent sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in capital raising and building relationships with institutional capital locally and offshore.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing investment strategies that deliver strong returns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed investment decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
