Cargo Operations Leader

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our cargo operation as a Service Delivery Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of customer-centric cargo services, including supervision, organization, and coordination of work areas during operational shifts.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational requirements and Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain business processes and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation, and policies.
- Monitor and report on critical business issues, including quality metrics.
- Foster a positive safety culture within the team, promoting awareness and vigilance.
- Comply with dnata Safety and Environment Policies.
- Meet legislative Health & Safety requirements.
- Develop and maintain a positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance.
- Work in accordance with dnata's Health & Safety Management System.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in emergency drills and/or evacuations.
