Perth Cargo Operations Leader

We are seeking experienced leaders to manage our Perth cargo operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business activities and ensuring operational efficiency within a sensitive environment.
- Supervise and coordinate work areas during operational shifts;
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members;
- Ensure effective resource allocation to meet operational requirements;
- Deliver quality metrics and reporting on critical business issues;
- Maintain a positive safety culture within the team.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a customer-centric service culture;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- High computer literacy;
- Previous experience in a regulated industry with compliance management;
- Understanding of financial processes and ability to drive business improvement;
- Knowledge of Hermes Cargo Operations System.
