About the Opportunity:
The Murdoch Children's Research Institute is seeking a talented Clinical Research Fellow - Orthopaedics to join our team. As a key member of our Orthopaedic Research Group, you will be responsible for leading research projects and collaborating with clinicians to plan, execute, and deliver impactful clinical research.
Role Overview:
- You will be working closely with senior researchers to develop new research initiatives and oversee existing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to research governance.
- As a key liaison between clinicians and researchers, you will facilitate effective communication, coordination, and collaboration to achieve project goals.
- You will be responsible for conducting high-quality research, preparing grant applications, and submitting ethics approval applications.
About You:
- You have a relevant PhD/Doctoral qualification and postdoctoral experience in a related field.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in knowledge sharing, development, mentoring, and support of employees and students is highly desirable.
