Medical Practice Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Medical Practice Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical centre. The successful candidate will have prior experience in medical practice management and be able to lead a team to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception team workflow and provide guidance on patient appointment scheduling, billing procedures, debt collections, maintenance, security, and privacy controls.
- Support the management team with reporting and ad hoc tasks.
- Create a harmonious, cheerful, and engaging practice environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in medical practice management.
- Demonstrated people management skills.
- Experience with recruitment, staff training, and development.
- Thorough understanding of financial management of a medical business, including Medicare rebates.
- Experience with Best Practice (advantageous).
- Experience in Practice Accreditation.
