Our busy medical practice is looking for Receptionists to work with a flexible roster.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients upon arrival
- Assisting patients with booking and amending their
- appointments
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them appropriately
- Ability to take direction and ask questions when required
- Provide quality care and service to patients
- Ensuring confidentiality of patients' records and management of their information
- able to Multitask, work under pressure and as part of a team
- Immaculate presentation
- Punctuality & Reliability is a MUST
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed in a timely manner

We prefer the successful applicant to possess the following attributes:

- Previous medical receptionist experience.
- Knowledge of Best Practice software preferred
- Exceptional customer service focus
- A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A professional, patient, and courteous manner
- Excellent articulation and telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Excellent computer skills.
