Event Coordinator Opportunity

This position involves supporting the development and execution of global learning programs, working collaboratively with a diverse team to promote transformative experiences abroad.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for event planning and coordination.

  • Support the promotion and communication of learning abroad opportunities through various channels
  • Collaborate with the Global Programs team to develop and implement program strategies
  • Develop skills across events and communication channels, contributing to the delivery of learning abroad programming

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  2. Coordinate promotional materials, such as posters, flyers, and social media content
  3. Assist in developing and implementing event marketing strategies

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience in event management and coordination
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
