Enhance Healthcare Services as a Gastroenterology Specialist

We are seeking a Gastroenterology Specialist to enhance our healthcare services at Nepean Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Utilizing gastroenterology expertise and endoscopy skills to participate in quality improvement activities relevant to the specialty.
- Mentoring junior medical staff in line with contemporary best practice, fostering their growth and development.
- Contributing to research initiatives within the Department as required.
The ideal candidate will possess registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or equivalent. They will also demonstrate sound clinical knowledge in gastroenterology with up-to-date endoscopy skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring junior medical staff.
The position requires a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and successful applicants will be required to obtain necessary vaccinations prior to commencing employment.
