The Role: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team, driving impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that showcase our offerings and engage key audiences. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Marketing and Engagement and the Manager of Digital Strategy to craft compelling messaging and innovative integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Contribute to and implement an overarching Marketing and Engagement framework.
    • Champion the Centacare brand, ensuring alignment across all communication channels.
    • Innovate integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audience segments.
  • Project and Team Management:
    • Collaborate with service leaders to develop best practices for marketing initiatives.
    • Lead project plans, ensuring timely delivery of marketing activities.
    • Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, showcasing the value of initiatives.
  • Content Creation and Communication:
    • Develop and oversee content plans for various channels, ensuring compelling messaging.
    • Prepare media materials and presentations aligned with strategic goals.
    • Guide the production of engaging digital and print content.
  • Community Relations and Event Management:
    • Design strategic plans for community engagement and event management.
    • Foster partnerships to enhance outreach and participation.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build effective relationships with internal leadership and external partners.
    • Provide strategic advice to enhance stakeholder relations and advocacy efforts.
