About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee channel strategy, management, and operations in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar-storage-charging solutions market and be able to develop effective channel policies and execute monitoring, management, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and insights to inform channel strategy.
  • Develop and implement channel layout strategies, channel incentive strategies, and channel marketing policies.
  • Participate in planning, review, and management of channel marketing activities.
  • Manage channel risks and develop risk maps.
  • Plan and organize training programs for channel partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel operation, preferably in the photovoltaic industry.
  • Strong initiative, responsibility, and self-motivation, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
