Cross-Channel Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to spearhead cross-channel strategies that drive business growth and meet CPA, ROAS goals. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Main Responsibilities- Build cross-channel strategies aligned to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA and ROAS.
- Oversee campaign structures, budgets, targeting, and creative testing.
- Utilize tools like Performance Max, Advantage+ Shopping, and TikTok Ads Manager to optimize daily performance.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates to maintain best-in-class campaign performance.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social advertising (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of driving ROAS uplift, CPA reduction, and campaign scale.
- Strong technical skills across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
