Strategic Finance Leader

As a seasoned finance leader, you will spearhead enhanced budgeting, reporting, and insights delivery for our ASX business. You will be a critical member of the finance leadership team, frequently collaborating with ELT, and have a strong career path in a market-leading ASX listed business.
The ideal candidate possesses experience working with multi-site and/or ASX listed organisations, as well as prior exposure to the aged care sector. They bring a high level of drive, motivation, resilience, and initiative, accompanied by excellent organisation and time management skills.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Budget processes for each business and functional units, including Board deliverables. This includes providing accurate and timely monthly results and analysis to the CFO, as well as delivering Finance Board Reports and other Executive papers.
You will oversee and refine the monthly reforecast process, provide contemporary finance business partnering to Executives, and interpret business performance on a monthly basis. You will also manage and mentor a team with a focus on continual process improvement, including uplifting the quality of Board and Executive reporting.
