  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks to drive wellbeing and resident experience across all villages.
  • Oversee the Everyday Wellbeing Program and a comprehensive calendar of lifestyle experiences, events, and community-led initiatives.
  • Cultivate customer insights through Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and the Perceived Wellbeing Index (PWI) to inform continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and expand Additional Services models, supporting premium experiences and integrated care options.
  • Foster partnerships with health, care, and allied service providers for home care and serviced apartments.
  • E nsure compliance with legislative requirements, policies, and risk frameworks.
  • Deliver data-driven reporting to stakeholders, highlighting impact, risks, and opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in key industry committees and sector leadership forums.
