We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team and create delicious, healthy meals that fuel young minds and bodies.

This role involves planning menus, ordering food supplies, and preparing meals in a way that accounts for special dietary requirements and allergies.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the daily experiences of the children in our care.

About this role :

  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with menu plans and food safety guidelines.
  • Plan menus and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety by ensuring all storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks is hygienic.
  • Work a part-time roster of 30 hours per week.

Your qualifications :

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience in childcare food service.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
