**Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum**

As a Store Manager at Gorman, you will lead, inspire, and support the team, while managing the day-to-day running of our Canberra store location. You will be responsible for creating an uplifting, engaging, and profitable work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering styling tips, outfitting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Drive sales results to reach store budgets and targets by leveraging your sales skills and ability to motivate the in-store team.
  • Direct, lead, and motivate the in-store team to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
  • Manage stock deliveries, merchandise the store, and ensure all promotional collateral is displayed and communicated effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous management experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • A genuine sales approach with a proven sales record, accompanied by ambitious drive to achieve sales targets and maximise growth.
  • Engaging and effective communication skills, including strong leadership skills, training skills, performance management, motivation, and coaching.
