Rowing Coach Opportunity">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rowing Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-performance daily training environment for all categorized and non-categorized athletes, embedding technical frameworks and performance strategies.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-performance daily training environment (DTE) for all athletes.
  • Lead the coaching and development of athletes by delivering training programs, competition planning, and individual athlete learning and performance plans (IALPPs).
  • Apply contemporary coaching methods and technologies to monitor and enhance athletes' technical, physical, and mental development.
  • Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with our high performance team to ensure alignment on program delivery, athlete development, and individual coach development plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP).
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Current First Aid Certificate - Level 2.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Current Boat Licence.
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF CERTAIN SPORT INTEGRITY AUSTRALIA'S EDUCATION MODULES.
