We're Hiring at Hype Gym – 2 Positions Available

Join Our Team as a Group Coach and/or Personal Trainer

Hype Gym Group and Hype Gym 24/7, based in Cambridge, are expanding, and we're on the lookout for motivated, energetic and passionate coaches to join our team.  We're looking for coaches who are experienced, technically sound and passionate about helping others.  Cert III &1V in Fitness and First Aid/CPR is mandatory.  At Hype our community is everything, it's supportive, welcoming, and built on strong family values.  Our coaching team has been together for 4-6 years and has grown into more than just coworkers, we're a gym family.  If you're looking for more than just a gym, then Hype is the place.

We have two flexible positions available – either combined or separate, depending on your skills and goals:

OPTION 1: Dual Role, Group Coach + Personal Trainer

Perfect for someone who wants to run high energy group classes and grow their own PT business within our facility.

OPTION 2: Two Roles Available

  1. Group Class Coach Only – Run our programmed strength and conditioning classes OR
  2. Personal Trainer Only – Build and train your own client base

Position Details & Hours

Position details, hours, and salary package will be discussed individually to find the best fit for your skills and availability.   Whether you're interested in coaching group classes, personal training, or both, we'll work with you to tailor a role that suits your goals and aspirations.

You are:

· Cert III & IV in Fitness and First Aid/CPR (mandatory) qualified

· years industry experience preferred – but not essential if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn

· Confident coaching both group classes and personal training clients

· Able to program effectively for clients based on their goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle

· Community driven and someone who values connection and culture

· Positive and energetic and a natural people person, someone who can bring the vibe, connect with all walks of life, and lift the room

· A team player who's reliable, proactive, and committed to continuous growth

Police check and working with Children check, required.
