About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FX Sales Professional to join our team at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with institutional clients, providing them with bespoke workflow solutions to meet their needs, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pricing and Trading: Develop and execute pricing and trading strategies for Foreign Exchange, Precious Metals, Fixed Income, and Derivatives across G10 & EM.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Leverage knowledge of our eCommerce product and trading relationships to provide clients with tailored solutions to gain wallet share and relevance.
  3. Investment Ideas and Opportunities: Present investment ideas and opportunities to Global Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Central Banks, and other Institutional clients.
  4. Collaboration and Analysis: Work closely with the trading team to optimize and analyze client flows, and perform regular client reviews and visits with proactive follow-up.
  5. Onboarding and Liaison: Liaise with our counterparts in Legal, KYC, and credit to onboard new relationships.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar role with a track record of developing and fostering FX relationships in a Tier 1 Investment Bank.
  2. Relationships: Existing relationships with Institutional client base.
  3. Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the FX, Rates, Commodities, and Fixed Income market, including skills in structured products.
  4. Sales Effort: Focused on deliverables and willing to put in required sales effort to help drive growth in the flow business.
  5. Local Market Knowledge: Good local market knowledge.
  6. Macroeconomic Developments: A sense of how macroeconomic developments, be they slow-moving or instantaneous, could be beneficial for the largest sophisticated investors.
  7. Entrepreneurial Skills: Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources to maximize outcome and value for clients.
  8. Dynamic Environment: Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  9. Complex Organizations: Able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organizations.
  10. Derivative and Workflow Solutions: Derivative and Workflow Solutions knowledge are preferable.
  11. Quantitative Skills: Advanced with respect to quantitative skills and have the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements.
  12. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  13. Teamwork: Ability to interact and engage with regional/global teams.
