Guest Experience Officer

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience, and promoting our park as the ideal holiday destination.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests to Ingenia Holidays, providing information on the park, surrounding area, and guest amenities.
- Actively promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park.
- Direct guest check-in and check-out, and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability.
- Team player, strong attention to detail, and well-organized worker.
