About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team at Mantra Twin Towns Hotel & Apartments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas, including the pool, gym, and shared bathrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the property's public areas are consistently clean and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with room attendants to support with room cleaning and linen removal as needed
  • Operate specialized equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and security matters promptly
  • Act as a liaison between departments, reporting any issues or concerns to maintenance and guest services teams

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time effectively
  • Adaptability and physical fitness to work in various environments, including staircases and uncovered areas
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays as required
