The Role: Senior Managing Consultant
- Lead the delivery of complex Data and Analytics solutions combining initiative, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.
- Design and develop high-quality business solutions to address client challenges and improve performance.
- Take personal accountability for defined work assignments and manage client expectations.
- Implement and maintain complex data engineering solutions for data acquisition and preparation.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead medium to large projects, ensuring effective project control and risk management.
- Contribute to quality reviews for technical tasks and participate in proposal development.
- Build relationships with clients to support business development activities.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contributions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of broad IT experience, particularly in Data & Analytics.
- 7-10 years of experience leading Data & Analytics projects.
- Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions.
- Good skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design.
- A thorough technical understanding of leading-edge data and analytics technologies and development techniques.
- Cloud Technologies experience (AWS or Microsoft Azure highly desirable).
