Job Title: Data Analytics Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analytics Professional to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the workforce and innovation division by designing, developing, and delivering advanced analytical solutions.
Key responsibilities and areas of focus include:
Collaborating with senior engagement teams across multiple clients and projects
Designing, building, and optimizing client analytical solutions
Working closely with the analytics team to build, optimize, and productionize new analytical solutions and models
Building, maintaining, and deploying private libraries for scalable solutioning
Developing innovative solutions, tools, or dashboards leveraging client data
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A commercial and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present ideas with impact to clients and stakeholders
3+ years of data integration and analytics experience within workforce, HR, and payroll
3+ years of programming experience in Python
Hands-on experience building and deploying analytical solutions for large-scale data use cases within Databricks
Extensive and proficient skills in Microsoft Azure (DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Functions, App Services, Containers, SQL Server, Databricks)
