Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights and Analytics Professional to join our team. This is a 6 month contract role with a view to extension.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and creating actionable insights that will drive business decisions and strategy implementation.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

  1. Collaborating with the customer data insights and reporting manager to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  2. Compiling and analyzing data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft BI Stack (Power BI, Advanced Excel) and SQL/Python knowledge.
  • Ability to collate, mine, and translate data into organizational insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Information Systems, Data Science, or Analytical disciplines.
  • Familiarity and experience in dealing with customer and financial related data.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Post Graduate training in analysis or statistics and/or experience with Salesforce CRM and associated customer data is highly regarded.
