OTC Compliance Specialist

The primary function of this role is to oversee daily surveillance analysis, conduct in-depth investigations and regular reviews of non-exchange based OTC activities. As a key member of the team, you will act as an escalation point for junior team members and ensure investigations are thoroughly documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead efforts to identify gaps and weaknesses in the current surveillance program
- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of effective surveillance solutions
- Assist with regulatory and exchange requests and investigations
- Conduct trade reconstruction efforts
Candidates should possess 3+ years experience in commodity and energy OTC markets, have knowledge of trading systems and data structures, strong data manipulation and analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
