Job Summary

\

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.

\

This role involves maintaining, implementing, and continuously improving the local Quality Management System (QMS). You will also act as the Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and implement the local Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Act as the Responsible Person (RP) for GDP, GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.
  • Manage product complaints, import product batch release, product recalls, and quality investigations in collaboration with health authorities and business partners.
  • Evaluate, audit, and qualify third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance and risk management.
\Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or Life Sciences.
  • Strong experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of regulated products across cosmetics, prescription, OTC, and medical devices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
