Job Title: Market Risk Oversight Specialist

The Trade Surveillance Manager oversees daily surveillance analysis, conducts deep dive investigations, and reviews non-exchange based on OTC activities. They ensure investigations are adequately documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner. This role also involves working with local Compliance staff to determine an appropriate and coordinated level of surveillance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily surveillance analysis and conduct of deep dive investigations
  • Regular review of non-exchange based on OTC activities
  • Adequate documentation of investigations and follow-up to resolution in a timely manner
  • Collaboration with local Compliance staff for determination of the appropriate and coordinated level of surveillance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commodity and energy OTC markets
  • Familiarity with trading systems, their data structures, and interfaces
  • Strong data manipulation, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
