**About the Role**:
As a **Regional Manager** you will be responsible for providing high level leadership to an interdisciplinary team to deliver high quality community services support across multiple services. You will consult, collaborate and network with internal and external stakeholders as well as members of the wider Community Services Industry networks to coordinate the provision of safe, effective and sustainable community services across the region.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will have Tertiary qualification in Social, Human Services or a related field, and be a strong advocate for providing person centred care. You will have considerable experience in a similar senior leadership role as well as high level critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills. You will need unlimited working rights within Australia and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with stakeholders across all parts of the organisation.
