Job Title: Clinical Coding Audit Coordinator
">Job Description- Coordinate audit team response to onsite and remote audits.
- Align audit work program with internal coding audit initiatives.
Provide guidance on coding audit matters and establish relationships with the HIM team, hospital coders and insurer audit teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience leading coding teams with integrity and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent working knowledge of clinical coding using ICD-AM/ACHI and ACS.
- Certificate IV in Clinical Classification or equivalent qualification.
- Computer literacy with experience in patient administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills for articulating audit results.
