AI Product Lead

As a visionary and experienced leader, you will spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions that transform mining operations towards net zero emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define the vision and roadmap for AI solutions supporting decarbonisation and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with mining engineers and operations teams to understand needs and drive adoption of AI-driven solutions.
  • Simulation & Dispatch Tools Ownership: Manage development and iteration of simulation and dispatch tools, ensuring they deliver tangible value.
  • Product Delivery: Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and sprint plans.
Requirements
  • Experience in AI product leadership or technical mining disciplines, with a strong track record of impactful solutions.
  • Deep understanding of mining operations—experience with tools like Minestar FMS or RPMGlobal products is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and operational teams.
  • Proven experience in agile product delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in heavy industry, especially those that improve productivity, automation, and sustainability.
