Speech Pathologist Graduate Opportunity

The role of a Speech Pathologist in our organisation is to further develop your knowledge and skills, supporting adults and children with various presentations.

This comprehensive 12-month graduate program provides support including intensive induction, reduced caseload, clinical supervision, professional development, coaching, and access to online learning resources.

  • Intensive Induction Program: Learn from experienced supportive therapists and understand how to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Reduced Caseload: Enjoy a reduced workload for the first three months while getting familiar with our team and processes.
  • Clinical Supervision: Be supported by a Clinical Supervisor in client sessions for the first year on a regular basis to facilitate learning and knowledge on individual presentations.
  • Quarterly Professional Development: Participate in quarterly training sessions with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organisation.
  • Monthly Coaching: Receive monthly coaching from Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals.
  • Allocated Buddy: Get allocated a buddy to support you through your induction and beyond.
  • Weekly Clinical Supervision: Enjoy weekly one-on-one supervision in a safe and supportive environment from an experienced Speech Pathologist.
  • Regular Catch-Ups: Have regular catch-ups and training with your new graduate team.
  • Observation Opportunities: Observe experienced clinicians from all disciplines in therapy sessions.
