Job Description We are seeking Speech Pathologists across Western Sydney, with all levels of experience, who enjoy the flexibility of community-based work.

Responsibilities include: Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services.
Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community.
Using clinical observations and assessments to set individualized treatment goals.
Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' lives.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Mentoring graduates and early-career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications To be considered suitable, you will have: Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A proactive attitude motivated by improvement and learning.
A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
