Speech Pathologist Graduate Program

Develop your skills and knowledge as a speech pathologist with our 12-month graduate program.

  • Our intensive induction program will equip you with the skills to help clients achieve their goals, working alongside experienced therapists.
  • Enjoy a reduced caseload for your first three months, giving you time to settle in and learn our processes.
  • Be supported by your clinical supervisor who will assist you in client sessions for your first year, facilitating your learning and growth.
  • Benefit from quarterly professional development with our team of speech pathologists across the organization.
  • Enjoy monthly coaching from our clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals.
  • Get allocated a buddy to support you through your induction and beyond.
  • Enjoy weekly clinical supervision in a safe and supportive environment from an experienced speech pathologist.

Ongoing and consistent supervision, training, and support from our team of speech pathologists, plus flexible work options, above award salary, laptop, fitness passport, travel club, and purchase extra leave.

You must have full Australian work rights, registration as a speech pathologist, a degree in speech pathology, a current driver's license, and a police check and Working with Children check (or be able to obtain these before commencing work).
