Job Title: Speech Pathologist - Graduate Development Program

We are seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team in a unique opportunity that will provide the perfect blend of professional growth and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop your skills as a Speech Pathologist to support adults and children with diverse needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.
Support and Training:
  • 12 weeks of intensive induction program with Therapy Manager and Team Leaders for onboarding and guidance.
  • Reduced caseload for the first three months to facilitate acclimation to our team and processes.
  • Regular clinical supervision from experienced Speech Pathologists to ensure continuous learning and skill development.
  • Quarterly professional development sessions with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organisation.
  • Monthly coaching from Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career objectives.
  • Allocated buddy for support throughout your induction and beyond.
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision in a safe and supportive environment, progressing to fortnightly and monthly as you develop your skills.
