Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced project manager with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile settings within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish and maintain project documentation that aligns with strategic goals.
  • Identify project risks early, developing mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomes.
  • Equip project teams with the tools and resources needed for effective execution.
  • Monitor project progress, escalate issues when needed, and keep stakeholders informed with clear updates.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant legislative and procedural requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and program participants.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile settings within complex environments.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage plans, timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships across diverse groups.
  • Superior communication skills to present complex information clearly across various organisational levels.
  • Skilled in managing project risks, issues, and dependencies with a strategic approach.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package with a range of benefits. We estimate the salary to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
