The Role

As a Strategic Intelligence Leader, you will leverage your expert leadership skills, broad knowledge and professional networks to demonstrate your ability to anticipate and support the needs of DIO's customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will lead teams of analysts to undertake all-source assessments on wide-ranging issues critical to Australia's national interests, while developing teams to deliver impactful results.

You will collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders, foster relationships across Defence, broader Government, and with international partners, ensuring DIO's assessments directly inform decisions on Australia's strategic circumstances.

What We Offer

You will receive a competitive salary range of $134,567 - $161,521, plus 10% BDCP and up to 15.4% Superannuation.

This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known in Defence as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP).
