Customer Experience Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing technical support in a call centre role.

This position involves assisting and engaging with customers, developing and supporting solutions that deliver appropriate advice and product information to dealer enquiries.

The successful candidate will also have ownership of managing a small portfolio of clients through supporting and maintaining existing accounts.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be used to measure the candidate's success, including their ability to demonstrate understanding, motivations, and expertise in meeting these targets.
