The role of Customer Replenishment Planner is pivotal at servicing customer supply requirements. This encompasses forecasting, ordering, pricing, communication with dispatch regarding delivery and transport optimisation, SKU lifecycle management, aged inventory management, and general customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries regarding order delivery dates in a timely and professional manner, ensuring Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT).
- Manage weekly forecast and replenishment strategies through promotional and event forecasting in collaboration with Buying and Marketing teams.
- Minimise shrinkages through improved forecasting accuracy.
- Process new and existing Purchase Orders for customers.
- Conduct investigations using reports as required.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain high levels of productivity under pressure.
