For our Corporate Office located at Sydney international Airport we are looking for a Supply And Demand Officer. The Supply And Demand Officer is responsible for achieving the purchasing and supply chain objectives in terms of delivery, performance, quality and costs. The Supply and Demand Officer will be reporting into the Supply Chain Manager and overlooking the replenishment and days of inventory for their workbench**Supply And Demand Officer**

Your new job includes
- Achieve the purchasing and supply chain objectives in terms of delivery performance, inventory management and KPI across workbench costs and all aspects of purchasing (supplier service level, stock levels, assortment efficiency, fulfilment rate, purchase value and YOY Growth)
- Lead and develop relevant reports to assist with the return, promotion or destructions of stock process in conjunction with both Logistics and Purchasing
- Update and review monthly sales performance across all category articles and work with Promotion Manager and Buyer in understanding areas of improvements and execution
- Ensuring compliance of the requirements for suppliers and freight forwarders for goods delivery in coordination with 3PL logistics and hold meetings with suppliers for continuous optimization of the supply chain and logistics requirements
- Review and assist with continuous improvements of forecasting so that we can better anticipate spikes, customer needs, business trends and initial buy
- Be responsible for the optimal planning in SAP, implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes in close coordination with purchasing team

What you should bring along
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management
- Solid background in quality improvement and process audit
- Competent in strategic and operational planning as well as controlling and coordinating all purchasing and supply chain activities
- Capable of guaranteeing the success of the ordering process in SAP F&R (Forecast & Replenishment), in view of the demand forecast, stock level and shelf-life of fresh products
- Function as interface between Category Management, 3PL Logistics and Suppliers
- Power query knowledge highly desirable
- Solid skills in Excel, MS-Office, SAP/R3 (Retail) or similar ERP
