Supply Chain Professional
We are seeking a Supply Chain Professional to join our team and support supply coordination and operations.
Support day-to-day operations and supply chain management across key product areas
Help ensure products are delivered on time and in full
Monitor stock levels and assist in efficient product movement
Liaise with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, R&D, suppliers, and customers locally and overseas
Collaborate with supply, planning, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
Assist in supply and demand planning meetings
Support improvement of ordering and delivery processes
Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth product flow
Help troubleshoot and resolve delivery scheduling issues, especially for seasonal launches
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with some professional experience from internships, part-time roles, or post-graduate work.
Confident communicator comfortable working across multiple teams and departments
Strong analytical thinking and a knack for working with numbers – proficiency in Excel is a big plus
Strong organisational and time-management skills with a passion for planning and keeping things on track
Basic understanding or interest in project management or LEAN principles
Experience or exposure to the apparel or retail industry, including factory or product supply experience, is a bonus
