Business Insurance Specialist

This job involves managing Small Business Insurance portfolios, achieving personal and team revenue targets within identified markets, researching the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, negotiating new and renewal terms with underwriters, partnering with stakeholders to exceed client expectations, multitasking while navigating technologies, collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, working within company policies, compliance, laws, and regulations, and participating in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge.
- Develop expertise in Insurance Broking.
- Apply sales skills in a fast-paced environment to achieve clear targets and KPIs.
- Utilize experience in Insurance and Claims or Financial Services to provide exceptional client service.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Be adaptable and open to new information and systems.
