About our client, a national law firm with a strong reputation in insurance and health law, acts for recognizable industry names.

They have one of the largest specialist insurance teams in Australia, offering high-quality legal solutions across public liability, property damage, general insurance, and government & institutional abuse claims.

We are seeking experienced lawyers to join their Brisbane Insurance team, who can build expertise in a supportive, flexible, and career-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting on behalf of major insurers in public liability, property damage, and institutional/government abuse matters.
  • Drafting and preparing pleadings, advices, settlement documents, and court submissions.
  • Attending court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Providing commercially focused legal advice to insurers and insureds.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A minimum 1 year's post-admission experience, ideally in insurance litigation, personal injury, or related practice areas.
  • Strong drafting and technical legal skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence in managing files and client relationships with professionalism.
