Commercial Insurance Specialist Role

This position involves managing a portfolio of commercial insurance policies for small to medium businesses across East Anglia. Key responsibilities include negotiating policy renewals and mid-term changes, handling claims notifications, and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and occasional visits.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Working Arrangements:

  • Hybrid working available, with occasional client visits across the region.
  • A Monday to Friday schedule, 9am-5pm, based in Ipswich with coverage across East Anglia.
