Job Title: Office Administrator with Excellent Customer Service Skills

Talent Focus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This is an ongoing casual opportunity that will see you working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to incoming calls, and manage data entry and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and distribute incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage data entry and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • Professional, reliable, and trustworthy qualities.
