Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care experiences that are genuine, compassionate, and personalized
  • Deliver care according to clients' care plans, developed by our Care Designers
  • Meet clients' safety needs and use equipment safely and properly
  • Accurately and thoroughly complete records and documentation
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments
Skill Requirements
  • Community nursing experience would be advantageous
  • Subacute and disability experience is also beneficial
  • The ability to identify and report client care concerns to our Director of Clinical Operations is essential
  • Redirecting or de-escalating behaviors is crucial
  • Diabetes management expertise is required
  • Dementia experience would be an advantage
  • Leadership experience is highly valued

  • AHPRA registration
  • Registered or Enrolled Nurse qualification
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Approval
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
