Compassionate Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services, a valid Australian Driver's License, and access to a reliable vehicle. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities may include personal care, social support, meal preparation, medication assistance, respite care, domestic assistance, and transportation to appointments and shopping. You will also develop a plan with the client to improve their lives and follow it on a daily basis.
