The role of Facilities Management Coordinator is a pivotal position within our organization. It requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills to oversee the coordination of maintenance activities across a large portfolio of government service sites.
This full-time role is based in Sydney, offering flexible hybrid working options. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with strong contractor management skills and confidence working in high-compliance environments.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate work orders and service requests utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Supervise contractors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
- Manage site access, safety standards, and issue resolution.
- Provide reporting and input on budgeting, purchase order, and invoice processing.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and client service offices.
Essential:
- Proven experience in facilities or property coordination roles.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and purchase order/invoice management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and written/verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office proficiency.
